Decommissioning of expired or damage goods
Following the procedures for decommissioning, the commercial entity should keep a registry of goods where he needs to register the kind of goods for which the usage date expired, the date of purchase of the decommissioned goods, date of expiry of the goods, corresponding amount, and the reason for decommissioning of such goods, as well as the names of persons present when the decommissioning process will take place. The commercial entity is obliged to prove the reason for not selling the goods and its decommissioning. The company who will be decommissioning the goods, shall prepare a written notice for:
